Miley Cyrus was reportedly planning to appear in Playboy Magazine but apparently she opted to be in V Magazine instead. And if you thought her revealing on-stage outfits and raunchy performances that made headlines a few years back was over the top then you haven't seen anything yet that this little skank is capable of when it come to attention whoring.
